Responsible for HRMS Data Management for 10000+ employees and improvement of HR processes through digitization.

Launched an onboarding chatbot powered by Leena AI to enhance the onboarding process at Bajaj Auto. Increased employee's accessibility to Leave attendance and compensation information through an employee chatbot with this employees can get responses to HR policy-related queries and get attendance regularisation features even on WhatsApp. Responsible for making & publishing regular dashboards for recruitment, HR-IT tool adoption, attrition, etc for the top management in HR. Was also responsible for taking induction sessions related to HR-IT systems for all new joiners
