About Noel Salinas

I have over 25 year experience in Healthcare, I have worked both as an allied health professional and as an administrator in ambulatory and hospital settings. In 1994, I started my healthcare career as a radiologic technologist after a year of working in the hospital setting I decided to go to school to get a certification in radiation therapy. In 1996, I graduated and started working as a radiation therapist. For the first 15 years of my career I worked both in radiology and radiation therapy. I have worked at every level of the Allied health employee Hierarchy. I understand the culture between clinical, non-clinical and administration professionals and have been very successful at building synergy between departments in healthcare settings. I have been fortunate to work in multiple healthcare networks in seven different states. This has allowed me to gain ample amount of experience in healthcare operations. I am a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, The Society of Radiation Oncology Administrators, The American Society of Radiologic Technologists and The Coastal Conservation Association. In 2022, I was appointed to the Mission, Texas EDC Board.
