MaXcom Securities Inc. is a locally owned and operated security company specializing in commercial and multi-family housing development security. MaXcom Securities Inc. provides a wide range of security services including, but not limited to, installation of complete fire and security Alarm Systems, CCTV video surveillance systems, IP surveillance systems, access control systems, theatre system, access transmitters and proximity card sales, as well as fire, security, and access system repairs and maintenance.

Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts. My duties include calibrating parts to specifications, calculating dimensions and tolerances using instruments such as micrometers. Training new employees to operate belter, polisher, and various other machines and operations. Consistently referring to drawings and prints to machine products to engineering specifications. Constantly exceeding my production numbers while ensuring high quality standards.

Constant communication and collaboration with my partners helped to increase revenue and provide a superior service. My roles included every aspect from customer service to inventory control. I was involved with purchasing, receiving, scheduling, routing service installers, managing service installations, window repairs, job site supervision, sales, and assisted with all compliance related issues.

Progressed through a series of promotions, culminating to operations manager; I started with the company as an assembler and delivery driver and was promoted to receiving manager. As receiving manager I supervised 7-10 employees at any given time. Supervised all processes involved in receiving and staging all incoming inventory for the company. I was transferred to Taylor, TX from San Antonio, TX in to the operations manager position for one of the branches. I was responsible for managing 20+ employees, assisted in ensuring profitability for the location, and I handled all the fleet and safety aspects for the location. Managed the window install, window service, millwork delivery, door install, and insulation install departments and worked hand in hand with the location manager. I managed and maintained all DOT and Safety compliance requirements for the location. Maintained inventory controls and conducted all inventory purchasing.
