In my position as KPI Planer, I am part of the management team at the Manor food distribution center.My daily tasks include:- Analyzing the logistical performance and process data, as well as preparing the monthly cost and performance reviews of the food distribution center.- Responsible for structuring and progressing planning, performance and service indicators.- Calculation of budgets and active interface function towards other business units within the organization, in particular finance and controlling.- Establishment of a tracking system for stock items (BU Food) with regard to inventory management and demand analysis as well as supporting the operational item management.
