The program aims to empower women by enhancing their digital skills, entrepreneurial capabilities, leadership qualities, and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.My day to day Responsibilities included :-Support in the implementation of the DigiFemmes Academy program, a training program for young women in fullstack development (drafting processes and procedures, preparing reports and strategic documents, etc.)-Recruitment, coordination, and training of existing and upcoming cohorts.-Searching for new stakeholders for the program (guest speakers, experts, etc.)-Assist in monitoring and evaluating the program's performance indicators and milestone achievements.-Continuous improvement of the overall quality of the program and the satisfaction of the learners.
