[New Operations Division]In this role, I pilot new programmes and initiatives aimed at supporting career mobility and resilience for individuals across various career-life stages. Additionally, I manage programmes that collaborate with employment agencies in the employment facilitation landscape and volunteer career advisors to provide career advisory services.[Enterprise Development Group]In my previous role in WSG, I worked extensively on enterprise development initiatives such as the Industry Transformation Map (ITM), Skills Framework (SFw), Career Conversion Programmes (CCPs), Job Redesign, and Progressive Wage Model (PWM).

During my two-year secondment at SNEF, I had the privilege of establishing the Programme Management Office (PMO). Within this role, I handled various functions including marketing, programme management, funding administration, and governance. As part of our workforce transformation efforts, we appointed and oversaw a panel of management consultancy firms to support job redesign initiatives. Additionally, we successfully developed a National Job Evaluation Tool, further enhancing our workforce evaluation capabilities.

[Industry-based Training Division] During my time at ITE, I gained a deep understanding of the local workforce landscape in relation to the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system. I was part of the team to introduce ITE's enhanced internship programme for the business and services cluster, improving internship experiences and outcomes. I engaged industry partners across different trade skills and sectors to introduce workplace training programmes such as the Approved Training Centre (ATC), Certified On-the-Job Training Centre (COJTC), Traineeship (Apprenticeship) and Skills Assessment Centre (SAC). I also developed and conducted Train-the-Trainers (TTT) programmes to enhance the skills of workplace trainers.
