I've spent my entire career building small businesses from the front lines of sales and marketing to running companies as a strategy and revenue focused President and CEO. I've done 2 turn-arounds and one rollup (2 exits), created $10's of millions in revenue and managed people and product as an executive across software, services and manufacturing. In every role, I've made mistakes, learned a ton and developed a love of the process and a sense of gratitude for the beauty of hard things. As a professional, I bring decades of successful experience in sales, leadership, marketing, product strategy and operations combined with a deep appreciation for how to apply principles to nuanced situations to the organizations I work with.
