- Serves as initial point of contact (Service Desk) for all users.- Creates and administers Windows Active Directory, email (Office 365), and Skype for Business accounts. - IT asset management including inventory and acquisition. - Maintains and administer the company's local network, IT infrastructure and data center in behalf of the global team. - Reports outages and directly communicates with vendors and partners for immediate resolution.- Assists users in installing systems updates, software requests and system maintenance.- Creates orders for software and hardware requests, hardware replacement and purchases.- Grants/Deny access requests to shared/network drives - Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software; responding to queries; running diagnostic programs; isolating problem, determining, and implementing solutions over the phone, email and remote sessions.- Analyze incidents with users to clarify issues and appropriately assign, escalate, and fix open tickets.- Resolves systems issues first hand and escalates tickets to proper teams for immediate and timely resolution when beyond scope.- Supports global users with APAC (Philippines and Singapore) as my major support area.
