Monitoring Station Construction and Management: ADEME Silicon Valley is responsible for the construction and management of air quality monitoring stations throughout California. The monitoring station mainly monitors fine particulate matter (PM2.5), inhalable particulate matter (PM10), sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx), ozone (O3) and other pollutants in the air.Data collection and analysis: ADEME Silicon Valley is responsible for collecting data from monitoring stations and using these data to analyze air quality trends. After graduating from Paris College in 2010 with a degree, I returned to France for a one-year internship at ADEME. I was an ADEME monitoring staff responsible for air quality monitoring, including sampling, analysis, reporting, etc.The exposure to different jobs during the internship made me realize the importance of combining theoretical knowledge with practice. At this stage, I like to learn and explore new knowledge and put it into practice!
