My role is to efficiently coordinate all phases of a construction project to meet established deadlines. As what gets measured gets managed, my primary objective is to keep a real-time overview of project progress through breaking it down into simple units that can be easily monitored, and quickly respond to any deviations from the plan.I worked both, in the area of planning, tracking, and controlling a portfolio of construction projects, where the most significant one was a 28-story tower with a height of 89 meters, as well as in the planning corresponding to the tender process of projects of various types and scales, including buildings, urban developments, roads, pipelines, wastewater treatment and waste disposal plants.About me, I am proactive and organized: I work in a structured and systematic way, focused on target and solutions. Moreover, I am effective at working in teams; collaboration is the key factor in my work. I utilize planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, along with feedback from effective communication with project and engineering teams to develop and control schedules. The critical path, progress curves, and delay analysis help me identify and report problem areas, to track solutions along with the project team.About my enthusiastic approach to sustainable urbanism: as a civil engineer and an avid flâneur, I am convinced that our environment has a tremendous impact on our daily lives and experiences. I am interested in exploring how infrastructure and urban design can improve people's quality of life.
