For a startup launching 2021, focused on real time collaborative story making, I was contracted to oversee all aspects of design and engineering. My role involved planning the project from idea to implementation, and ensuring all decisions would create a sustainable design and engineering ecosystem. Duties included idea, project definition, project scope, UI and UX design, design prototypes, frontend implementation, technical stack selection, database design, API design, infrastructure design and implementation, as well as ROI analysis for all technologies.
