As a Teaching Laboratory Technician at the University of Leeds, I support the delivery of practical sessions and demonstrations for undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of Food Science. I also assist with the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, the preparation and disposal of samples and reagents, and the implementation of health and safety protocols.
