• Hire and train new employees• Make sure all the appropriate paperwork is filled out for new employees and kept up to date• Order material for jobs and maintain inventory• Process payroll, research and fix any pay issues• Schedule and dispatch jobs using a computer program• Print and write any additional information on paperwork before handing out to installers daily• Make sure that all paperwork is filled out correctly and that COD’s are getting collected• Call customers to confirm install dates and to take care of any problem with installs• Disciplinary action with either write ups, suspension or termination• Create warranty, change orders and repair tickets• Run daily, weekly and monthly reports• On a monthly basis turn in receipts with copy of bank statement for company card and send to accounting• Keep track of over time, labor and expenses• Use email, fax and phone to communicate with other employees and customers

• Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.• Compute, record, proofread data, other information, such as records or reports.• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.• Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.• Train other staff members to perform work activities, such as using computer applications.• Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.• Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.• Code documents according to company procedures.• Maintain inventory records.
