My mission and professional life have evolved over the years due to unexpected challenges. I have chosen to overcome each adversity and thrive where I have been planted. I'm passionate about helping others cultivate true health and wellness in body, mind, spirit, and home. I empathically coach clients one-on-one, as well as lead online support groups to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. With a background in engineering, some of my strengths are curiosity, love of learning, problem-solving, and research. My recent training through FMCA enhanced my coaching skills with functional medicine, positive psychology, and behavior change fundamentals. In August 2022 I became a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) and am now a candidate to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I love meeting people exactly where they are in life with compassion, brainstorming how to overcome their challenges, creating a plan shimmering with hope, and then cheering them on as they journey to where they want to be.
