I am originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Los Angeles four years ago. Back home I worked at a family resort, giving me an opportunity to try out different job roles. This is where my passion for hospitality and customer service sparked.Since moving here I have worked in two different places and they have given me the skills to work in a multitude of front desk positions. The operations and computer skills I have picked up give me an edge. I am skilled in google and Microsoft programs and have become proficient in phone etiquette and typing. Working in hotels has given me opportunities to try catering and other restaurant services. I enjoy these practices due to the face to face service. I’m inspired to eventually open up my own venue in the coming years. For now, I am simply seeking a trustworthy position that allows me to do what I love while also showing appreciation for their staff. I am open to most front desk positions in any field.
