🚪As the Dispatch Manager at Automatic Door Systems, I coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic doors at over 500+ locations in Northern California. I am also responsible for scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and invoicing the service calls, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and quality control. 🎓I graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from CUNY York College in 2022, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge in digital marketing, consumer behavior, and market research. I also completed a COOP apprenticeship in digital marketing where I obtained certifications in Google Ads and Apple Search Ads. ⭐️I enjoy spending my weekends volunteering for the meals program at Glide Memorial in San Francisco.
