Responsibilities include account management, process improvement, SOP creation, compliance auditing, cultivating knowledge of import regulations, strategic analysis and planning, initiating change management.

Assist importers in getting their products through customs by ensuring proper compliance with the US Federal Regulations. Ensuring importers have all necessary documentation to transport the shipment to final destination, whether it be requesting TSCA forms, FCC forms, MSDS, Single Entry Bond Paperwork, etc. When an importer does not understand a certain document required, explain the necessity of the documentation through knowledge of the 19 CFR and Harmonized Tariff so as to help them better understand the compliance needed to move their products.
