In this role I got acquainted with the following: The invoicing process including; preparation of invoices in the right batch and ensuring compliance to the revenue authority’s tax requirements. Recording invoices and filing copies and accompanying documents for future reference. Filling of the daily revenue collection report. Aspects of accounts receivables such as operating an ETR and banking of cheques. Accounts payables including printing of payment vouchers. Petty cash payment and reimbursement process. Receiving clients to the office and offering necessary assistance. Collaborating with my fellow attachees in various tasks as well as working with other departments in the organization
