As the Director of Community at the Chicago Red Stars, I lead a new department that advances the outreach and grassroots marketing efforts of the professional women's soccer team. With a Master of Public Administration degree and over 15 years of diverse professional experience, I have a strong background in project management and operations, as well as a passion for empowering young women in marginalized communities through sports.In my current role, I have achieved several milestones, such as cultivating new community partnerships, increasing grassroots marketing, and growing our camps and clinics. I also collaborate regularly with the executive leadership and the board of directors to align our teams around a common goal and deliver results. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges that help me grow as a community leader.
