This was a new solution put in place through COTS software implementation and business process re-engineering. This solution is currently available to all 254 counties within the State of Texas. Public Services – State, Local, and Education PracticeConducted 250+ client site visits for Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) $8 billion annual telecommunications fund. Administered performance audits, gathered funding recipient feedback and provided user training. Project resulted in USAC distributing previously unused funds as a result of funding recipients correctly applying for grant monies. • Recommended improvements to client internal business processes, related to administrative and external relations functions, resulted in development of new training program and facilitation of additional client programs.
