Powering a network of more than 5,000 certified iTechs located across the country, these local technicians can be dispatched with the click of a button to respond to on-demand (and on-site) repair and requests.Working with the Community Operations team, I developed and maintained the curriculum and content of iCracked’s Learning Management System used to train independent contractors.Additionally, I coordinated all internal communications to technicians regarding operations and product feature releases.

As a member of the Community Operations team, I served as the primary point of contact for the Deliv independent contractor driver pool located in 30+ US markets. The team is operational 362 days a year with employees located in the San Francisco, Atlanta, and New York City metropolitan areas. Focus areas of the team included driver support, driver retention, settlement resolution, and service scalability.

Auxiliares de Conversacion is a post-graduate fellowship program administered by the Spanish Ministry of Education and is designed to provide a bi-lingual immersion experience to students ages 12-18.As a teaching assistant at IES Joaquin Araujo, I was responsible for the preparation, coordination, and execution of lesson plans for bi-lingual students.I coordinated weekly goals, objectives, and tasks with a small network of resident teachers within the subjects of English and Technology.My deliverables included full-length lesson plans, presentations, and activities crafted to engage and inspire students.Additionally, I established a weekly extra curricular class structured to teach formatted dance lessons to students without access to lessons outside of school.
