The Players Community Management describes services we proposed to mobile operators in order to maximise players ARPU on a Game Channel. My role consists on managing CRM actions:- Game catalogue management (content selection, regular updates, promotion) on several technologies (Java, i-Mode, ExEn, EGE)- Statistical reporting & analysis (detailed reports and analysis of the activity of the game channel)- Direct marketing (SMS campaigns to encourage customers to download more games and to boost loyalty)- Player segmentation (profile players and create accurate user segmentation, using Business Objects &SAS software)- Contest management

My role was to manage entire life cycle of games products • Specify market requirement for current and future games by conducting market research • Define the game concept and co-design it, working closely with Game designers and Game Centre Managers. • Coordinate the game and design developments with internal/external studios. • Coordinate games localization with translation companies• Define, own, and achieve the strategy of acquisition and partnership of/with brand names • Negotiate, acquire or/and set up partnerships with local videogames publishers, corporate brands, and movie brands, any relevant IP and outsourcing companies. • Make ensure that the sales teams have all the necessary tools in order to sell the product (demos, screen shots, promotion tools…)
