I also managed internal recruiting and was directly responsible for identifying, hiring and training new talent during an intensive company growth period.

Co-managed Student Services department for boutique 1-year business school, specializing in international masters degree programs in the US, UK, China and Dubai during intense growth period. In this role I supported approximately 130 students in their day to day needs during the entire MBA program year in Boston. I was also responsible for planning and running student events with a focus on cultural integration into the local community. While providing the day to day support, I was also responsible for maintaining 100% compliance with immigration matters as a government-designated SEVIS officer. I helped to prepare student immigration documentation and ensure all accepted students could arrive to the country on-time and in compliance for their program year. I was the main point of contact for new students/families and all relocation needs, managing new-student inquiries, effectively communicating across language barriers while simultaneously managing current student needs. I was also responsible for the execution and management of all student events including annual graduation (500 guests) and orientation / on-boarding programs.
