St. Olaf Theater Department

•Collaborate with a team and also work individually.•Create programs for the St. Olaf Theater Department's yearly season of five main-stage productions.•Conceptualize and execute creative displays advertising upcoming performances.•Post fliers around town and campus.•Notify local newspapers of upcoming events.

St. Olaf College, Deep End Productions

Deep End Productions is the student-run theater company at St. Olaf College. In conjunction with Alpha Psi Omega (APO), this organization produces student-directed work and as acts as a theater service organization and theater honor society.--PR/Marketing Director responsibilities include:•Commissioning all publicity material (posters, programs, tickets, headshots, video promotions).•Working with directors and commissioned artists to complete publicity materials.•Overseeing implementation of publicity materials (hanging posters, Tightrope).•Publicizing via social media (Facebook).•Managing ticket sales with the Business Manager.•Coordinating archive efforts (production photos, video taping if necessary, electronic filing of posters, programs).•For Fall 2014, I acted as the Interim Managing Director for Deep End Productions as well as the PR/Marketing Director.
