Art direction, concept creation, color, original print and embroidery design. Designing and managing the research and development of all textiles for Oscar de la Renta. Working closely with all members of the design studio, internal departments, and external partners to develop textiles and facilitate use therein. Market and internal research, creating and managing fabric SKU plan, building the fabric budget, merchandizing the fabric program, and maintaining all necessary records for fabric program creation and use. Developing new fabric initiatives. Assisting in the styling and production of five seasonal collections and runway shows.

Specializing in surface design of textiles and embroideries. Assisting in the design, development, and sample coordination of seasonal jewelry collections. Textile and embellishment research and development, designing printed and woven fabrics, creating embroidery concepts and designing material layouts for day and evening styles using fabric manipulation, surface treatments, beading, hand and machine embellishment. Maintaining communication with fabric mills, embroidery factories, and sample factories to oversee sample creation.

Assisting the design team for Marc Jacobs Collection Fall 2003, Resort, Spring, and Fall 2004, and Resort 2005. Research, sourcing, flat sketching and rendering, sample construction, hand sewing, fabric manipulation, and assisting in the production of each collection and fashion show.
