I am passionate about building businesses that outperform their peers in a sustainable manner, committed to grow their people and make positive contribution to the communities around them. I work best with leaders who are purpose and mission-driven. I enjoy working in MNCs but have a special passion for start-ups. I spent 14 years in the telecommunications / tech industry, covering the areas of strategy, product, marketing, M&A and finance. After that, I helped built and led a not-for-profit organization, the Generasi Gemilang Foundation, which helps young people to succeed in life through education. Held various positions as COO of Flexiroam Sdn Bhd, COO & Advisor to Yayasan Generasi Gemilang, Head of Strategy and New business for Digi Telecommunications Ltd. In the last few years, I have also investing time in coaching business leaders towards business and culture transformation, rebuilding and pivoting in the face of adversity. I am married with a son who never fails to give me new perspective everyday.
