The London Social Infrastructure Fund has been created specifically in response to London’s considerable demand for housing. The UK has 1.8 million people waiting for public housing accommodation. London is widely acknowledged to need at least 150,000 new homes immediately but progress towards that goal is slow because of the available capital from local government whose budgets are stretched.London has a need for three types of homes: social (public); affordable (priced to be accessible to mid-income families); private rental sector (a market hugely increased by the high prices of London property and by the changing shape of families). The fund will invest in the regeneration and renewal of the housing stock of a city the population of which is fast-growing- and with it the demand for a range of decent housing.The fund will work with local authorities, the Mayor of London, housing associations and the private sector to identify, fund and develop housing to meet the specific needs of some of the capital’s most significant boroughs. The fund will support the development of social and affordable housing and, where helpful and appropriate, it will support development of the rapidly-growing private rented sector too.Where possible we envisage using green technology to ensure the best possible impact on local communities and on the wider environment. We believe too in sustainability of another vital resource: people. To this end, a percentage of our profits will be donated to our partner charity, the Transformation Trust- a social mobility charity working with schools to provide new opportunities for pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds www.transformationtrust.org.uk. The Transformation Trust will ensure that these opportunities are targeted at the areas and schools of greatest need.

We managed developer marketing, advertising, press, venue hire, exhibition marketing material, stands panels, solicitors and banks. The best sales result were for Ballymore £22m sales during a 10 day exhibition.We represented most of the major UK developers, selling iconic developments in London, and sold to mainly to local Hong Kong Chinese, as at the time local professionals and civil servants where offered right of abode and a uk passport. We worked with the Jardine Group and were the preferred UK property agent for HSBC high net worth clients we had the use of their logo on our marketing materials as a statement of approval and trust. We branched out to Financial Services locally and in the region specialising in Taiwan. We were the only company with Bank of Bahrain to have a white label investment product from royal sun alliance a fortune 500 international insurance company. Our largest single investment £8m structured investment note from Taiwan.Rubicon was the largest producer of mortgage related insurance business in the world for the Royal and Sun Alliance International.Over 10 years we sold over £300m value of property and wrote £200m in insurance related investment. We employed over 100 staff between HK and UK.
