Guided, mentored and streamlined a team of technical project managers to deliver a newly updated ground system for our Secure Operations (SecOps) Program. This is a $300M contract with the US Government and includes 15 sub-projects within the multi-year program. Accomplishments:o High Speed Guard Project – Project managed the US Government compliance requirement of replacing and updating high speed guards within the existing ground system without disruption to workflows and product deliveries; on-schedule and on-budget High speed guards are a software solution that enables highly complex data flows through multiple domainso Continuous Process Improvement – Initiated and instilled lean six sigma and PMBOK methodologies within the SecOps Program to introduce new standardizations and workflow process improvements Established standardization using Microsoft Project to not only track sub-project progress, but to also integrate into a master schedule that tracks program progress at a higher-level milestone view

Created, developed, and managed new mobility markets within the Steer-by-Wire space for autonomous and electric vehicle applications in North AmericaAccomplishments:o Inclusive Design Challenge – Awarded a $300k grant by the US DOT to propose, build, and demonstrate a solution for breaking down access barriers for people with various disabilities as it relates to the public transit space – Post proposal submission was awarded an additional $1M grant to continue design and development The first ever grant awarded to Schaeffler USA  Exposed the Schaeffler name to industry and academic leaders like Purdue University, Ford, Local Motors, Braun Ability, the US DOT and NHTSA

Created new drive-by-wire business in the US for a historically run German-based companyAccomplishments:o Indy Autonomous Challenge – Project managed the integration of Schaeffler and partner systems to enable the world’s first fully autonomous IndyCar (computer driven) at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway at speeds over 150 mph Marketed and promoted the Schaeffler brand for mobility across multiple non-traditional markets including the autonomous software/sensor providers and racing industries o S.A.M. Resolved complex technical issues presented by both internal and external customers with specialties in passive components, electro-mechanical components, connectors, thermal management, and LEDs.Worked design projects in addition to primary responsibilities. These include vehicle modification for numerous applications, mechanical stress/strain analysis, and 3D printed prototypes. Created and maintained detailed SolidWorks libraries of product assemblies, mounting concepts, and wiring diagrams for LED solutions to standard bulbs.

Entered the field to represent the passive, electro-mechanical, and connectors side of technology directly to the customers of the Boston area.While meeting customers first hand, I was able to trouble shoot with them to find the right solutions for their specific technological needs.Team work and team building also came into play while working with an entirely new team. Understanding their strengths and how I best added talent to the team was a key aspect to our success.During my time there, I was able to contribute to positive growth for Q3 sales.
