With over 10 years of experience in product management, I have successfully delivered solutions that impact systems across the enterprise in both B2C and B2B platforms.My first job after obtaining my MBA was as a test lead, where I taught myself to program in visual basic so I could automate the generation of test cases. This allowed enough detail that even a new call center employee could accurately test a complex piece of functionality without additional direction. This methodical approach to problem solving by breaking solutions down into functional pieces has been invaluable in my carrier as a product manger, developing roadmaps effectively and communicating their impact across functional teams.The favorite part of my job is meeting with the users of a system, watching them use it allows me to identify the true root of a problem and then brainstorm potential solutions. Effectively building products from start to finish with performance and analytics in mind. Every product efficient, its productivity easily analyzed and tracked to allow continuous improvement.I recently obtained a certification in prompt engineering and was amazed at the flexibility interacting with a large language model provides.
