*Assembly, installation, testing and maintenance of instrumentation, electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools on AGW (automatic girt welding) AVW (Automatic Vertical Welding). *Corrects wiring and connections on machinery controls where incorrect application could cause damage and hazardous conditions.*Performs preventive maintenance inspections and testing of various electrical systems (including power distribution equipment).*Works on systems operating at 240 volt, 480 volts wye, 480 volts delta, switchgear, transformers and motors by the following electrical drawings and using test instruments such as voltmeters, and ammeters..*Connecting wires to the circuit breaker, transformer, or other component.*Testing electrical systems and continuity of the circuits in electrical wiring system, equipment and fixture using testing devices such as ohmmeter, voltmeter, frequency generators and oscilloscope, to ensure compatibility and safety of the system. *Providing Maintenance Support to all Equipment on job site. AGW (Automatic Girt Welding), AVW (Automatic vertical welding), generator, big blue welding machine, transformer, panel board, including emergency lighting and fixed wire testing.*Respond to all equipment breakdowns in a timely manner based on priority systems.*Follow maintenance quality and standard operating procedures as established.*Involved in all aspects of office maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical repairs while observing acceptable safety practices.*Repair, troubleshoot, test, Assemble and perform visual inspection of AGW (Automatic Girt Welding) AVW (Automatic vertical welding)*Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.*Responsible for safety of self and others including reporting of all work related injuries, near misses, equipment damage and unsafe acts.
