With 80+ humans globally, we are one of the leading providers of large-scale enterprise-level WordPress/CMS/DXP platforms. We are one of the top 10 agencies globally for Clutch.co WordPress.We work with enterprise clients such as Airbnb, Siemens, TechCrunch, Greenpeace, News Corp, Capgemini and other teams where quality and scale are of utmost importance. We also continue to significantly contribute back to the WordPress project across multiple areas.We’re three partners/owners at Human Made. My primary responsibility is developing the future revenue of our business - by managing the Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Design and Partnership teams. We tend to work on research, campaigns, growth initiatives, product design/management, process engineering and business intelligence. Before unifying these various activities, I was involved with various products at Human Made, which had primarily consisted of Happytables ( http://www.happytables.com ) and Nomadbase ( http://nomadbase.io ). Happytables has completely spun out of Human Made, but remains part of our narrative.I also spend a considerable amount of my time out of country with sales meetings, talent acquisition, outreach, culture and agency projects where non-standard relationships such as partnerships are viable.

Being vertically integrated, we have:- Produced and and delivered over 250,000kg of dog/cat food to de-occupied areas- Evacuated and rehomed over 600 animals- Expanded our land to build warm & quarantine kennels as well as a surgery room.

Non-profit assembling FPV drones sent to UAF Special Operations Forces and select volunteer units. Production is almost completely out of Ukrainian parts, making this charity very unique in its sourcing and with donations going back into the Ukrainian economy.

Human Made was part of the United Influencers (formerly United Bloggers) journey and was integrated into the team, covering product leadership and development (where I took on interim Chief Product Officer duties).Since then, United Influencers has grown rapidly across Scandinavia, acquiring Influencers in various categories and managing their online presence (influencer marketing).Human Made remains part of the journey as shareholder and advisors, whilst still running the web infrastructure.

Part of the Human Made journey.In the last few decades, restaurants have gone from having a single and dominant piece of technology, the Point of Sale terminal, to what is now a much wider collection of tools and software (POS, labour, inventory, rez, ordering, loyalty, etc.). Unfortunately, these tools are as disconnected as one can imagine. You’d think they’d speak together to provide more meaningful insights, but they don’t. The only thing that has changed, is that there's more of them.Happytables aims to unify these existing technologies under a single hood, a platform between vendors and restaurants, aggregating data and bubbling up insights; once again providing restaurants with a single command station.We had raised £330k seed at the beginning of 2016 and were able to sell implementations in various restaurants within the US & the UK.

Side-project which turned into an incredible journey, and one of the most known games in the world — thanks to the amazing community and mass of dedicated contributors behind it.Project Reality is a series of combined arms tactical first-person shooter video game modifications which aim to create a realistic combat environment where the core gameplay encourages teamwork and coordination. The original version, Project Reality: BF2, was released in 2005 for Battlefield 2, it is still being updated on a regular basis and became a stand-alone game in 2015.Project Reality: BF2 has been recognised on multiple occasions, including:- Addition to Mod DB's Mod Hall of Fame in December 2010, alongside other well known modifications such as Garry's Mod, Counter-Strike and Team Fortress.- Mod DB's Mod of the Year and Editor's Choice of Best Multiplayer Mod in 2008.- Second place in Mod DB's Mod of the Year awards in 2006 and 2007.- "Best FPS Mod" in GameFlood's $25,000 Mod & Map Contest.- Total Gaming Network's award for "Best Modification" in 2007.- Project Reality: Arma 2 won Mod DB's Players Choice of Best Upcoming Mod of the Year Award.IGN review states "why all BF2 players should download this mod." while GameSpy says that "the mother of all realism mods has arrived for BF2".
