Responsibilities include the daily oprational functions and efficiencies of shipping genuine MB automotive parts to all dealerships in the Northeast, as well as, the replenishment of inventory to the other MBUSA PDCs. Responsibilities also include, the supervison of the MB PDC Network that are located in Chicago, Fort Worth, Fontana and Jacksonville.

Responsible for warehousing and distribution operations for the Production Support division of Sikorsky Global Aircraft Corporation a division of United Technologies. Operation include the kitting and shippment of helicopter parts to the manufacturing and assembly plant as well as world wide.

Responsible for warehouse production and distribution operations involved in shipping automotive replacement parts to 315 Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep franchised dealers in four states. Functions include managing 120 hourly and 10 salaried employees, customer service functions, delivering the right parts to our customers on time each day, migration to Lean warehousing operations, quality, productivity, record integrity and control of a $12 million inventory, $250 million in sales, a 45 piece fleet of dedicated delivery service tractor trailers, receiving, shipping, facilities and equipment maintenance, health and safety functions and all human resource activities including local contract negotiations with the UAW. A complete metric package exists for all processes. Performance to the metrics is tracked as a measure of success. Managed the successful ISO 9002 registration of our processes by Underwriters Laboratories in August 2001. Oversaw the migration to a new IBM warehousing system entitled Distribution View.

Responsible for all warehousing and distribution operations in an 110,000 sq. ft. distribution center with a 48,800 sq. ft. annex, shipping automotive replacement parts to 274 Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep franchised dealers in 5 states. Functions included delivering the right parts to our customers on time each day, quality, managing 6 salaried and 71 union associates, productivity, control of a $10.6 million inventory, $135 million in sales, a 25 piece fleet of dedicated delivery service tractor trailers, receiving, shipping, facilities and equipment maintenance, health and safety functions and all human resource activities including local contract negotiations with Teamster Union. Managed a successful 35,000 square foot expansion while achieving corporate business plan goals and objectives.

Responsible for the mentoring of 4 supervisory staff, the productivity of 80 union workers, timely shipment of a 5 million dollar weekly order processing of dealers daily and stock orders. Improve quality and carousel productivity. Reduce errors and in plant back orders. Responsibilities include the increase of PDC inventory fill, stock keeping compliance, record integrity and the management of Just-in-time inventory. Reduce shipping delays and the re-warehousing of material for proper space utilization was successfully achieved.

Primary responsibilities included control of 5 subsidiaries, 50 million inventory, record accuracy, dealer billing, customer service, quality control, and production assembly of orders. Mentored and coached 3 supervisory staff and 75 employees in a non union environment. Directed relocation of a $25 million dollar subsidiary from New Jersey to Texas.
