A member of the ADG Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Noel is an experienced Project Director with a proven track record of delivering timely and high quality services in the structural engineering consulting field. A specialist in implementing Value Engineering protocols and cost-effective construction methodologies, Noel’s areas of expertise include structural engineering design and analysis, multi-storey residential and commercial construction, and steel framed industrial, commercial, and retail projects.Noel is responsible for the continued compliance and improvements of ADG’s quality assurance process, through collaboration with ADG’s Discipline Principals. Noel is also responsible for the ongoing stewardship of the ADGility framework, implemented in 2019 to provide a platform for innovation, research and development.
