I am an experienced business and HR consultant with a demonstrated history of working in multinational and business environment, in expert and management positions. I am skilled in business consulting, project management, Agile scrum framework, business analysis, HR consulting, coaching, HR processes in management and organisational development. I graduated from economics and I am trained and experienced in trainer and coaching skills, project management, business analysis and Agile/SCRUM MASTER. I like learning and trying out new things, this is how I become a trainer, a coach, a scrum master. Now I am eager to learn and dig deeper in business analysis.What I mainly do is project management, business analysis, consulting on business and HR processes, coordinating HR processes as interim HR manager and coaching for clients in different fields and sizes. That include managing and development of different business and HR processes and practices in clients' organisations, managing projects.I have a 7 yrs old daughter, so my life is a rush at all times, thus really efficient and effective, ... and FUN, of course :-)
