- Design the framework, methodology and governance for the Supplier Resilience Program; establish and foster the culture of Risk, Sustainability and Compliance- Execute ongoing risk screening for existing suppliers, map out risk exposures and vulnerabilities- Provide guidance and tools on due diligence activities for supplier onboarding- Measure and monitor progress of supplier risk management activities, including risk mitigation efforts- Lead response to events that jeopardize the company’s ability to supply to patients and cause disruptions in business continuity; escalate to Leadership as required- Act as the point of contact for Global Procurement and the business, whilst being a subject matter expert for supplier risk related topics- Partner and coordinate closely with internal stakeholder groups (i.e. Information Security; Quality; Safety, Health & Environment; Finance, Legal)- Provide risk awareness and training to colleagues in support of Third Party Risk Management Policies and Procedures- Manage relationship, performance and contract renewals with two of our service providers who deliver data for our risk management solution- Develop and implement an algorithm to identify human rights violations in the company's supply chain, in response to emerging international regulations. The “Human Rights Algorithm” is updated annually to facilitate the screening of 60k suppliers and prioritize for human rights audits- Coordinate responses for Dow Jones Sustainability Index submission; non-financial figures for the corporate website and Annual Report

- Lead the Supplier Sustainability Audit program to measure compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct- Develop and implement the framework for remote auditing post-pandemic- Manage a team of third-party auditors, including relationship management, performance management and contract renewals- Keep audit documentation up-to-date and available for the organization for decision-making- Non-profit organization: Represent the company in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative (PSCI), lead various projects in collaboration with industry peers- Keep the audit protocol up-to-date and compliant with ever-changing regulations; release guidance documents and organize awareness sessions for member companies, auditees and auditors; kick-off PSCI’s journey towards digitalization

- Manage the company's Supplier Financial Risk Program- Identify and mitigate risk throughout the lifecycle of analyses- Keep track of high risk suppliers - interview suppliers’ CFOs on high risk areas- Liaise with key stakeholders ensuring that risk is adequately documented and well understood- Develop a self-service tool called Altman Z to facilitate quick bankruptcy checks to support initial and ongoing due diligence
