I graduated from the University of North Georgia in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature, a degree that reflects my passion for learning and communicating across cultures. Since July 2023, I have been working as a Human Resources Assistant and marketing at 5 Points Electrical, Inc., a leading provider of electrical services in the Southeast region. In this role, I apply my core competencies in client relations, teamwork, and team leadership to support the HR and marketing functions of the company.In my current position, I collaborate with the HR and marketing team to create and execute strategies that attract, retain, and engage diverse and talented employees. I also contribute to the development and implementation of internal and external communications, branding, and social media campaigns. Additionally, I leverage my bilingual skills and multicultural experience to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, as well as to communicate effectively with employees from different backgrounds and perspectives. I am motivated by the opportunity to use my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the company's culture, performance, and growth.
