Quality Audit Preparation (SQF, AIB, FDA, USDA, FDoA), Prepare and Maintain Quality Procedures, Train Personnel in Quality Standard, Food Safety. Develop a Food Safety Program, HACCP Plan, Overseas Supplier Program, Yearly Kosher Certification. Overseas the receiving and incoming inspection of all ingredients.

Assure compliance with internal procedures/policies, FDA regulations and Department of Health regulations. Conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Policies. Manages and coordinates special projects and activities between various departments. Facilitate the creation, improvement and modification of processes and document in Quality System SOPs and Work Instructions to ensure interactions between quality system elements are clearly defined and are easy to understand. Analyze all sources of non-conformities and variances to identify trends and escalate to the CAPA system as appropriate.

• Responsible for the Configuration/Documentation Control Department, which oversees the maintenance and creation of Bill’s of Materials (BOM’s) and Auto Cad drawings.• Assign, coordinate and monitor all sample records; project activity including the preparation of drawings, Bill’s of Material, Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s), Product testing data analysis, Testing Procedures, Assembly specifications, new part numbers, and revision levels • Monitor status of engineering projects to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule and to ensure the proper documentation is generated as per company standards • Train employees in all documentation procedures and data entry process• Implement and maintain a paperless distribution system of Engineering Documentation for all departments.• Define resources, training and necessary equipment for the operation and maintenance of new Documentation Department in our China and Costa Rica facility; spend 8-month training personnel• Schedule, Coordinate the flow of all documentation trough out multiple facilities in Costa Rica, China, Pennsylvania and Orlando, to ensure a tractability, time response and accountability is kept.
