Panel leader with autonomous management of Perfetti Van Melle’s global sensory projects. I am responsible for identifying the most suitable sensory test, designing and administering it using specific software (Eye Question), collecting and cleaning the data (Panel Check), and analyzing it through appropriate statistical methods (XLSTAT). Lastly, I prepare reports where I present the results, providing clear recommendations that make it easier for stakeholders to understand the scientific data requested during the Sensory consultation. As a Panel Leader, I also ensure the panel’s performance remains consistent over time through training sessions.

Development and sensory optimization of sustainable food products with the addition of innovative ingredients (e.g., minor crops, alternative protein sources, algae).Main activities performed: - Participation in the development of new product development projects (development of new formulations and/or new processes).- Design and implementation of R&D/scientific experiments and analysis of results.- Organization of tasting sessions and panel group coordination.- Preparation of evaluation sheets and experimental protocols.- Data processing with specific statistical software.
