The website, http://www.wpro.who.int/philippines/en, was launched seven (7) days earlier than the target date.

For almost 17 years, the work entails writing, editing and processing technology and trade information from Asia, Africa and Latin America in the fields of food processing, fishery, agro-industries, business opportunities, packaging, textiles, biotechnology, chemicals and energy. In the first five years, we utilized a dedicated line to release the information in bulletin format to our counterpart editors in Latin America. I wrote an article for the Global Business Magazine entitled "Interlinking TIPS, WINNER with the Information Highway, September - October 2000 Issue. Presently, my work involves follow-up research on the more than 1000 women entrepreneurs who participated in the WINNER Project training program.

As a consultant, I assisted in the preparation of the 'Central Asia Atlas of Natural Resources'. My work involved the following tasks: - counterchecked basic information, statistics, graphs, RSIs and tables related to environment an natural resources in the revised draft Atlas; - conducted additional research on required information and photos; - coordinated the collection and purchase of photographs that were used in the Atlas; and obtained permissions from the photographers on their usage; - assisted the editor and the publication designer in preparing and finalizing the Atlas; - reviewed the draft copies of the Atlas and ensured the camera-ready copy has been thoroughly reviewed and proofread; - assisted the ADB staff concerned in other work related to the production of the Atlas; and - drafted replies to queries made by the countries on certain information (visit http://beta.adb.org/publications/central-asia-atlas-natural-resources)

My work at the university started in the University Extension Center, and later at the Office of the Director of Extension.
