As Technical Service Coordinator, my main focus was to supervise and ensure the timely and optimal execution of installation projects and technical service calls and visits, KPI monitoring, analysis and design of Preventive Technical Service plans for our customers, supervision of Monitoring Platform and managing Technical Service staff. However, my key contribution was in analysis, designing and leading the implementation of processes automation and improvements in the management of technical service requests, which lead to a steep decline of 85% in false alarms, resulting in the optimization of resources and increased performance, all part of a great team effort with full support of Customer Service and IT departments.
