La Cala is a Costa del Sol resort recognised at European level. Its facilities include a 4-star hotel, a Spa, three golf courses, a golf academy, a football pitch, tennis and squash courts, restaurants, a bodega and other leisure centres. The resort has an annual average of 250 daily clients.My main function in the resort is the direction of the commercial, marketing and booking departments and all of the resorts areas, hotel, golf, spa and golf academy. I am part of the senior directors team, where the strategic commercial and operational decisions of the resort are made. Among other functions is also the supervision that the operations service meets the customers expectations, ensure brand compliance, creation of sales and cost budgets, and ensure their compliance.
