As an analyst, I played a central role for the retail department, where I analyzed and reported on all retail related sales performance for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger owned and operated stores. • Created and implemented new weekly Trade reporting.• Developed a regional markdown tracker to bring alignment to the online and offline environment.• Together with the project team, tested the new SAP system to improve functionality before implementation.• Ad hoc analysis for management.

To steer the development of a commercial assortment for our wholesale and retail customers, I've translated market insights and sales analyses into seasonal briefings for design. Next to that, I coordinated all aspects, from idea to launch, for all new (outsourced) product groups; such as price setting, production planning, defining the customer value proposition and developing new fabrics. In addition to my responsibilities as a merchandiser, I managed the performance and the growth of the private label department with an annual turnover of a €100 Million and 3 direct reports. Within the accessory department, I was responsible for determining the right distribution of the right product to the right stores in the right quantities, at the right time in the right place with the right price, with the right margins and the right size, for e-commerce and our six hundred stores in twenty different European countries.

The focus of this role was to process and invoices, and to develop a new software system through testing and reprogramming. Which resulted in a successful implementation of the new system.
