- In charge of overseeing the smooth running of an advertising/ marketing campaign, events and activations from briefing designers to controlling the pennies.- Responsible for a team of account executives.- Managing accounts: Alexandria & Maadi City Centre, TOTAL, Crystal Asfour, EBE Bank, Henkel (Persil) & Pocari Sweat. - Following up on the clients’ day to day work, planning their annual marketing strategy, working on presentations, creative strategic planning & achieving targets.- Weekly status reports are sent on weekly basis to the account director as well as the clients.- Issuing invoices, dealing with suppliers (production, printing, installing, ushers, catering & giveaways).

­ Responsible for prospecting new clients and leads­ Make and send Daily Report on the international market for our clients.­ Provide clients with smooth line of service to assist them dealing­ Follow up with clients and referrals provided by the company­ Recruit employees­ Negotiate transactions closings­ Serve incoming calls and walk in­ Prepare presentations and proposals for meetings­ Reporting daily activities to my supervisor­ Participate in Company marketing plan­ Mix of both indoor and outdoor meetings­ Development of a plan for improvement of sales­ Responsible to get clients for iNGOT brokers­ Attending all the Expo. Events in and outside Egypt­ Identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the market­ Facing and receiving customer's inquiries, problems and solving it­ Providing all technical and promotional support required by the clients­ Monitoring customers accounts in terms of payment, renewal, addressing and complaints­ Auditing all daily and weekly transactions­ Receiving and handling complaints from the customers
