I completed my undergraduate studies in engineering from the University of Kuwait and completed some graduate studies in Counseling and Human Resource Development. I hold several diplomas in Problem Solving, Balance and creativity, and the Power of Self-Confidence from the Canadian Training Center. I hold several certifications in Training & Instructional Delivery from Florida International University, USA, in Personal Success Guidance from True Colors International, USA, in Human Resource Management from Florida International University, and in Organizational Management from The Florida State University. I am a certified NLP Practitioner from the NLP American Board, a certified NLP Master Practitioner from the Canadian Training Center, and a certified Practitioner of the NLP Art from the INLPTA (International NLP Trainers Association) in USA. I am a member of the American Society of Training & Development, the American Academy of Certified Organizational Managers, and the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM). I facilitate several “Learning & Development” workshops in the areas of Personal Development, Organizational Culture, Management, Leadership, and Organizational Development & Performance. In deploying HRD interventions, I use a unique style of “Collaborative Approach” founded on Appreciative Inquiry that secures the commitment of the key process partners while satisfying client requirements. I am an HRD practitioner, Motivational Speaker, and Editor. I have held leadership positions in several organizations and mastered the art of “Making a Difference.”
