I help top management envision, plan and implement transformative change for positive outcomes. The scope of my work is both internally focused on the organizational processes, incentives, and hierarchy, as well as an external focus on market trends, world economy, finance and technology. As a senior analyst in a stock market firm I supported Fund Managers in making portfolio decisions by creating Forecast reports on Listed Companies and whole Industries. Next I joined startup Mobile Telecom MobiNil (now Orange) as Budgeting and Forecasting manager in the Commercial Strategy & Planning department, bringing me in contact with many internal departments that relied on my forecasts for the purposes of planning.In 2002 I founded a social entrepreneurship project called studio 206 to meet a market need of providing art and culture services to youth. The services we offered impacted the lives of more than a thousand artists and students.As project manager for GAME, a Danish urban sports organization, we achieved our aim of promoting democracy through sports by conducting weekend trainings and monthly championships in four zones in Cairo. I cooperated with partner organizations to reach our target participants - underprivileged youth, providing overall 38,400 participant hours of sports training for democracy awareness.Over the years I have helped client companies look at the big picture through my consulting work. Through my research and analytical skills I presented them with a fresh look at their business model, as well as relevant recommendations to improve performance.
