• Drive the strategic initiatives, activities and projects of the HR unit in line with organizational directions• Manage policies, procedures and action plans to ensure availability and proper implementation throughout the organization• Initiate new HR activities and methodologies to enhance the overall performance of the unit and evaluate the impact of such activities• Manage the generation of reports on unit performance and activities to ensure management is properly informed and action is taken on areas of concern• Prepare the unit budget to ensure alignment with predefined budgeting processes • Coordinate with internal and external contacts and resolve non-routine queries and problems to ensure smooth flow of processes• Provide guidance and support to the unit and be point of expertise and reference within own specialism • Oversee distribution and allocation of work tasks to staff within unit to ensure optimal utilization of resources and distribution of activities• Coach and mentor staff within the unit to resolve performance related issues to ensure organizational capabilities are leveraged

• Leading the HR internal / external communication and Employee Social Responsibility (ESR) strategy and agenda in line with business growth and needs. • Leading, and integrating internal communication across the whole company. • Playing a vital role in managing this change, delivering the key messages and understanding the impact on staff. • Ensuring the development of a strong communication network and aligning it, as appropriate, with the corporate network and tools, in coordination with the Marketing Department. • Acting as a trusted advisor and provide effective communication counseling to the management. • Developing the strategic message and associate campaigns to promote the communication agenda. • Directing, designing and develop content to achieve specific leadership and organizational objectives. • Supporting Functions - HR Department - Communication • Manage TE Data’s employment branding strategy and activities, through providing positioning and messaging in external communication about TE Data as an employer. • Coordinate and manage all HR events. • Remain continuously updated with HR community events to ensure that the company plays an effective role where possible in terms of promotion and advertising. • Conduct the development of projects communication strategies at both fronts strategy and branding including all the tools required to be used: Newsletter, brochures, intranet webpage…etc. • Reporting directly to the HR Director.

The purpose of this job is to attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. In addition to screening candidates, interview them, do background checks, and finally match candidates to their clients.• To assist Recruitment Manager in developing the recruitment policies, strategies and processes to ensure vacancies are filled in an effective and timely manner. • To assist the Recruitment Manager in developing a yearly Manpower Plan in coordination with all departments. • To work with different department within the company to understand their recruitment needs and to develop, gain agreement to and implement recruitment policies and plans to meet these in the most effective way. • To identify and develop sources of manpower within and outside/inside organization and maintain good relations to meet the manpower requirements of the organization from external sources (communication with Recruitment agencies, schools and advertising media). • To facilitate selection of right person for the right job at optimal cost and salary package to the company. • To prepare CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants. • To organize interviews for candidate as requested by the client. • To handle all assigned projects and assignments.
