Social Media Manager
Current- Minute by minute participation in conversations that surround our clients’ brand, product and services identified by active listening, social monitoring and ongoing research.- Answering comments and being a brand evangelist within a range of social properties.- Distributing or seeding content and promoting it within real-time conversations.- Flagging detractor/content threats and advocate/content opportunities to the team that are uncovered through direct interaction with consumers.- Liaising with internal client departments to frame responses as and when required.- Moderating content on owned media properties.- Inputting into the content strategies and owned property strategies, owning and evolving conversation calendars and production schedules.
