I am a former Senior Customer Service Representative for almost 4 years in a forex company. My everyday work would include taking live chats and calls wherein I help international and local clients with their accounts and querries. I also do client validation (KYC) and trainings to the team and the newly hired employees. I handled a team with a total of 20+ employees, I do monitor their work and I assign tasks to every one of them. I was also a former Business Development Manager for 7 months, wherein my job includes client acquisition, retention and as well as client assistance. I mainly do calling prospects from seminars, facebook groups and tiktok to convert them as clients.
