• Monitor unusual online client fluctuations based on preset parameters and conclude if there are material indicators of the presence of money laundering. • Ensuring all cash transactions, singular or aggregated (where possible/identified), are successfully reported to FIC within 48hrs • Collect and analyze data • Distributing queries daily • Escalating all uncleared queries to seniors • Monitor all GOAML accounts daily for notifications • Assist with the improvement of procedures and compliance • To remain completely independent and adhere to the confidentiality of the role • Reporting to management • Ad hoc tasks and requests

• Ensure the accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly reporting statistics • Ensure FICA documents are obtained for all new customer accounts via branches and mobile clerks (promoters) based at outlets and branches. Ensure documents are timeously allocated to the correct account and updated accordingly • Ensure that the team displays good customer service principles in their dealings with customers as well as efficient turnaround times regarding account queries • Ensure that resources are trained to effectively and timeously attend to the FICA administration function. Conduct training needs analysis to highlight training gaps and strategies to rectify. • Ensure all team members time cards are captured correctly on Jarrison Time on a weekly basis• Monitor all the FICA reports (active without FICA docs, Non FICA’d active, FICA workbooks) ensure all accounts on these reports are updated timeously

• Fielding incoming calls from contract customers and prospective clients• Data Capturing: client information and query detail regarding client’s invoices• Educating customers on available (current) services and promotions• Resolving customer queries related to billing, services and promotions• Escalating issues/ queries to relevant departments and individuals• Logging customer service requests on system and updating details• Ensured that appropriate communication strategies are conducted with subscribers.• Reported faults reported on the network by subscribers.• Earned a reputation for maintaining a positive attitude and producing high-quality work.
