In this role I have acquired skill in providing excellent customer service using the CRM platform Zendesk in association with Shopify, ShipStation, and Returnly. I have gained exposure in understanding several aspects of a startup company including customer service, warehouse logistics, marketing, and product knowledge.

I started working at Ashe Couture as a sales associate. In this role, I assisted with opening and closing the store, offered excellent customer service, and actively drove sales, resulting in exceeding year-over-year sales goals.I was promoted to Assistant Store Manager after 5 months. In my new role, I was actively involved in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees. I worked in a fast-paced environment while handling cash throughout the day, merchandising and managing the sales floor, and assisting with social media content.
